Love Upset

Ju-in, once a highly promising talent scout for a professional baseball club, encounters Gi-jeong, a high school student dreaming of making it to the pros. While everyone else points out Gi-jeong’s limitations, Ju-in alone recognizes his genius potential and offers him sincere, heartfelt advice to keep him from quitting the sport. To Gi-jeong, Ju-in was the only person in his entire life who believed in him exactly as he was. "Your hands and feet are already bigger than mine, Gi-jeong. That means you can grow even taller than me." However, their brief happiness is cut short when Ju-in abruptly resigns from his scouting position without a single word and completely vanishes. Five years pass... Ju-in returns to his former club under a new title as a Data Analysis Manager. There, he comes face-to-face with Gi-jeong, who has grown into a formidable professional athlete. Ju-in finds himself flustered by how much Gi-jeong has changed, yet he cannot seem to tear his eyes away... "The phone number I couldn't get back then... can I have it now?" On the burning mound, the time that had stood frozen in yearning finally begins to move again for the two men.
